Plasma Hopper
NOTE:
The camera ignoring objects in the "Ignore Raycast" layer does not seem to work in the WebGL build. It's playable, but the camera will frequently jerk forward. It works fine in the Windows build at least.
Modifications:
- Created endless level focused on platform-to-platform jumping, where the player's goal is to get as far as possible and collect score pickups along the way. This is the "main" level, with the tutorial levels included just to show that I followed along. My high score in the endless level is 212 (even used the WebGL player which makes it hard), let me know what you get!
- Created a "plasma" surface that instantly kills the player on contact. It uses a custom shader for an intense look. It is spread across the floor, becoming more common the further the player gets.
- Created lasers that run vertically and horizontally and deal damage to the player. They get more common the further the player gets.
- Added an "Options" page to the main menu to allow the player to configure camera control inversion
